Do I need to be home during the clean?
Not at all. Most customers leave a code, hidden key, or smart lock instructions. Your cleaner is the background-checked owner (verified via Thumbtack) — the same person every visit.
What if I'm not happy with the clean?
Our re-clean guarantee: tell me within 24 hours of your visit and I'll come back to fix any missed areas — at no extra charge.
How do you handle keys and security?
You decide. Be home, share a temporary smart-lock code, leave a key at a lockbox, or arrange a meet-and-greet. Your access details stay private and are never shared.
