Flat-rate and transparent: every clean starts from a base rate, then adds $22 per bedroom and $18 per bathroom. Deep cleans and move in/out cleans cost more; Airbnb turnovers cost less. Add-ons (inside fridge, windows, etc.) are flat upgrades. Recurring plans save an automatic 5%–20%. You see the exact total on the booking page before you confirm — no phone-call quotes, no surprises.

Before. Getting your quote is completely free — no card needed for that part. When we confirm your date, I send easy payment instructions, and payment locks in your booking so your spot on the schedule is guaranteed.

Tips are never expected, but always appreciated. Since Eco Homes Clean is owner-operated, there's no middleman — anything you add goes straight to the person who cleaned your home.

Pick weekly (20% off), every 2 weeks (15%), or monthly (5%). The discount is applied automatically to every visit, and you can pause or cancel any time without fees.

Yes — reschedule for free up to 24 hours before your visit. Inside 24 hours, a $40 short-notice fee may apply (I waive it the first time).

A standard clean for a 2-bed/1-bath averages 2 hours. Deep cleans run 3–4 hours, and move-in/out cleans 4–6 hours, depending on size and condition.

Yes — I bring everything: eco-friendly plant-based products, reusable microfiber, and HEPA-filtered vacuuming. If you'd rather I use specific products you already have at home, just let me know in the notes.

Yes. I use plant-based, non-toxic products — no bleach, ammonia, phosphates, or harsh fragrances — and I reach for EPA Safer Choice–certified products wherever available. A fully fragrance-free clean is also available on request for sensitive households.

Not at all. Many clients leave a smart-lock code, hide a key, or use a lockbox. I'm background-checked (verified through Thumbtack) — and because Eco Homes Clean is owner-operated, the same person shows up every visit: me.

I don't do exterior windows above the first floor, bio-hazard cleanup, mold remediation, pest removal, or heavy lifting. For everything else — ask.
