Booking & Pricing
How does your pricing work?
Pricing starts at a flat base rate per service type, then adds per bedroom and per bathroom. Add-ons (inside fridge, windows, etc.) are flat upgrades. Recurring plans get an automatic 5%–20% discount. You see the exact total on the booking page before you confirm — no phone-call quotes, no surprises.
Do I pay before or after the clean?
Payment is collected at booking. This confirms your slot, locks in your price, and reserves your cleaning team. You'll receive an emailed receipt right away.
Can I tip the cleaner?
Absolutely — and 100% of any tip goes directly to the cleaner. You'll see a tip option after the visit, or you can hand cash to the team directly.
How do recurring discounts work?
Pick weekly (20% off), every 2 weeks (15%), or monthly (5%). The discount is applied automatically to every visit, and you can pause or cancel any time without fees.
Can I cancel or reschedule?
Yes — reschedule for free up to 24 hours before your visit. Inside 24 hours, a $40 short-notice fee may apply (we waive it the first time).
The Clean Itself
How long does a clean take?
A standard clean for a 2-bed/1-bath averages 2 hours. Deep cleans run 3–4 hours, and move-in/out cleans 4–6 hours, depending on size and condition.
Do you bring supplies and equipment?
Yes — all eco-friendly products, microfiber, and HEPA vacuums are included. If you prefer we use specific products you already have at home, just let us know in the notes.
Are your products really safe for kids and pets?
Yes. We exclusively use EPA Safer Choice certified, plant-derived products. No bleach, ammonia, phosphates, or harsh fragrances. We also offer a fully fragrance-free option for sensitive households.
Do I need to be home during the clean?
Not at all. Most customers leave a smart-lock code, hide a key, or use a lockbox. Every cleaner is background-checked, insured, and bonded, and our app tracks who entered and when.
What's not included?
We don't do exterior windows above the first floor, bio-hazard cleanup, mold remediation, pest removal, or heavy lifting. For everything else — ask.
Trust & Safety
Are your cleaners background-checked?
Yes — every cleaner passes a multi-state criminal background check, identity verification, and an in-person training program before their first booking.
Are you insured?
Fully. We carry $2M in general liability and workers' comp on every cleaner. If something is accidentally damaged, we make it right.
What if I'm not happy with the clean?
Our re-clean guarantee: tell us within 24 hours of your visit and we'll send a team back to fix any missed areas — at no extra charge.
What about keys and security?
You decide. Be home, share a smart-lock code, use a lockbox, or do a meet-and-greet. Cleaners never share or reuse access info, and codes are auto-expired after each visit when possible.
Eco & Sustainability
What makes you "eco" friendly, really?
Three things: (1) every product we use is EPA Safer Choice certified and plant-based; (2) we use reusable microfiber instead of disposable wipes; (3) we use concentrated refillable formulas to slash shipping emissions. We publish an annual impact report.
Can you use my own products?
Yes — leave them on the counter and a note in your booking. We're flexible.
What about disinfection?
Our hospital-grade sanitize add-on uses an EPA List N product that's effective against viruses including SARS-CoV-2, while still being plant-derived and low-VOC.
